By booking a charter with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participation & Safety

• All guests participate at their own risk.

• Safety is our top priority. The captain reserves the right to adjust or cancel any trip if conditions are deemed unsafe.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

Fish Policy

• In order to reduce waste, guests are permitted to take up to one 20lb fish home or to a local restaurant. The remainder of the catch will be shared with the captain and crew for their families. 

• Please note: exportation of fish products is not permitted when leaving island.

Weather Policy

• All trips are weather dependent.

• In the event of poor weather or unsafe sea conditions, the captain may cancel or reschedule the trip at their discretion.

• If your trip is canceled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full trip amount.

Other Policies

• The captain’s word is final while on board.

• No shoes are permitted on the boat.

• Please apply sunscreen before boarding (spray sunscreens must be rubbed in by hand).

• Alcohol is allowed in moderation (BYOB), but excessive drinking or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
